American fighter jets intercepted two small planes at Camp David on Saturday (09/07/2011), says the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
"A Cessna 210 aircraft was intercepted at 18:56 local time" said the U.S. and Canadian command responsible for air defense of North America and respond to air activities that do not have permission.
"Fighter planes that escorted the plane to the Carroll Area Regional Airport where the plane landed and was greeted by law enforcement officials," said NORAD.
No other details about the incident. The incident is the second time in less than seven hours of that fighter jets were deployed to intercept a plane entering the airspace at Camp David.
According to NORAD, the first interception carried out at around 12:17 local time (23:17 GMT). The plane had no radio communication. Type the first plane to come were not disclosed.
Last Saturday, without incident NORAD intercept a passenger plane flying near Camp David, where President Barack Obama is at rest, U.S. military officials said.
